<p>Ninja250SLのウィンカーバルブの交換に<strong><span class="marker-under">必要な工具はプラスドライバーのみ</span></strong>です。テスターはあれば良い程度で、なくても問題ありません。</p>

<p>整備にはちゃんとした工具を使うほうが良いのですが、メインで使用している工具はフランスのメーカー「<a rel="noopener" href="https://www.facom.com/" data-type="URL" data-id="https://www.facom.com/" target="_blank">FACOM(ファコム<span class="fa fa-external-link external-icon anchor-icon"></span></a>)」さんの<strong>Rnano</strong>という携帯工具セットです。必要最低限のものはそろっているし、保管に場所も取らないし、ツーリングにも携行できてとても便利です。</p>

<p>ウィンカーバルブが切れたときの症状は、ウィンカーをONにしたとき右または左の切れたほうが点灯しっぱなしになります。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><span id="toc5">ウィンカーの導通・電圧チェック</span></h2>



<p>念のための作業なので、導通・電圧チェックはなくても大丈夫です。<br><br>まずはバルブの導通チェック。バルブ下部の突起がプラスで、周りの口金部分がマイナスです。テスターを導通チェックモードにして、端子をバルブにあてます。「ピー」と音が鳴れば導通していますが、この時は鳴らなかったのでバルブが切れている可能性があります。</p>

<p>メインスイッチをON、ウィンカーをONにし、テスターを電圧測定モードに設定して電圧を測定します。緑色のケーブルがプラスで、黒・黄のケーブルがマイナスです。12V前後の電圧になっていれば問題なしです。</p>

<p>ウィンカーレンズを取り付ける前に、ウィンカーバルブの点灯・点滅チェックをします。メインスイッチON、ウィンカーをON。無事に点灯・点滅したので問題なしです。</p>

<p>4型TMAX530の適合バッテリーは、GSユアサさんの「<strong><span class="marker-under">YTZ12S</span></strong>」です。<br><br>純正の本家のGSユアサさんのも良いですが、品質それなりでコストのバランスを考えて、<strong>台湾ユアサ</strong>さんのものが無難かと思います。<br>台湾ユアサさんのバッテリーの型式は「<strong><span class="marker-under">TTZ12S</span></strong>」となります。</p>



<p>台湾ユアサさんのバッテリーは品質のバラツキが大きいとよく耳にします。<br>しかしながら、これまでいくつか利用してきましたが、今のところ不良品にはあたったことはありません。<br><br>バッテリー購入後は、店舗の<strong>返品保証期間が過ぎる前に速やかに動作確認</strong>することをオススメします。</p>

<p>整備にはちゃんとした工具を使うほうが良いのですが、メインで使用している工具はフランスのメーカー「<a rel="noopener" href="https://www.facom.com/" data-type="URL" data-id="https://www.facom.com/" target="_blank">FACOM(ファコム<span class="fa fa-external-link external-icon anchor-icon"></span></a>)」さんの<strong>Rnano</strong>という携帯工具セットです。<br>TMAX仲間が持っていたの見て、一目惚れして即ポチしたものです。<br>必要最低限のものはそろっているし、保管に場所も取らないし、ツーリングにも携行できてとても便利です。</p>

<p>4型TMAX530のバッテリーは、フロント部分の引き出しの奥にあります。<br>バッテリーへアクセスするには、カウルを取り外す必要があるので、少し面倒です。</p>

<p>キーシリンダー周りのカウルのカウルを外すために、4㎜の六角レンチでハンドル下の2か所のビスをはずします。</p>

<p>ゴムバンドの片方をバッテリーケース下の突起に引っ掛けて、ゴムバンドがはずれないように上方向にテンションをかけておきます。<br>コツがいりますが、ゴムバンドを上方向にテンションをかけつつバッテリーを配置します。</p>

<p>バッテリー交換後は時計がリセットされているので設定します。<br>メインスイッチをONにして、<strong>左右両側のボタンを3秒ほど長押し</strong>し、時計設定モードへ入れます。</p>

<p><a rel="noopener" href="https://2rinkan.jp/company/qa.html" data-type="URL" data-id="https://2rinkan.jp/company/qa.html" target="_blank"><strong>2りんかん</strong><span class="fa fa-external-link external-icon anchor-icon"></span></a>さんと<a rel="noopener" href="https://www.naps-jp.com/facebook/2501" data-type="URL" data-id="https://www.naps-jp.com/facebook/2501" target="_blank"><strong>ナップス</strong><span class="fa fa-external-link external-icon anchor-icon"></span></a>さんでは<strong>無料</strong>で引き取ってもらえます。<br>店舗へバッテリーを持参して、レジカウンターでバッテリー引き取りをお願いすると良いです。<br><br>レーシングワールド本店さんでは、店舗で購入したバッテリーに限り無料で引き取りとなり、持ち込みの場合は550円で引き取りとなります。<br><br>南海部品(箕面店)さんでは、持ち込みでの引き取りは受け付けておらず、店舗でのバッテリー交換で新バッテリーと引き換えに引き取ってもらえます。<br><br>カー用品店の<strong>オートバックス</strong>さんと<strong>イエローハット</strong>さんでも<strong>無料</strong>で引き取ってもらえます。<br><br>用品店でも整備場を併設していない店舗などでは引き取ってもらえない場合がありますので、事前に問い合わせておくと安心です。<br><br><strong>ガソリンスタンド</strong>でもバッテリーを引き取ってもらえますが、整備場を併設していない店舗や小規模な店舗の場合は受け付けていないところもあります。<br>こちらも、事前に問い合わせておくと安心です。<br><br><br>今回のバッテリーの廃棄は、<strong>2りんかん</strong>さんにお願いしました。</p>

<p>タンクを外して直接ブローバイホースにアクセスして作業するほうが確実なのですが、横着してすき間から作業します。</p>



<p>2か所のビスを外して、左側の<strong><span class="marker-red">フレームカバーを取り外し</span></strong>ます。</p>

<p>自分のNinja250SLには、前オーナーさんがKTMさんの純正内圧コントロールバルブを取り付けていましたので、これを取り外します。</p>

<p>ブローバイホースはT-REV本体分の長さ、<strong><span class="marker-red">50㎜(5cm)程度をカット</span></strong>します。</p>

<p>ホースバンドを上側と下側のホースに入れ、<strong><span class="marker-red">「one way」の矢印が上を向く</span></strong>ように、ブローバイホースに割り込ませます。<br><strong><span class="marker-red">ホースバンドをマイナスドライバーで締めこみ</span></strong>ます。</p>

<p>T-REVに限らず、内圧コントロールバルブは<strong>エンジンブレーキがマイルド</strong>になり、ドンツキ、ノッキングやギクシャク感が低減され、<strong>疲れにくくなる</strong>のでツーリングにオヌヌメ。<br>エンジンブレーキがマイルドになり失速しにくくなるので、<strong>燃費にも効果的</strong>です。<br><br>数ある内圧コントロールバルブでも、やっぱり<strong>T-REV推し</strong>。<br><br><br>今回の内容が、ツーリングの参考になればうれしいです。<br>それでは、よきツーリングライフを。</p>

<p>Ninja250SLに適合するバッテリーの型は「<strong><span class="marker">YTX9-BS</span></strong>」。<br><br>純正の本家ユアサさんのも良いけど、品質それなりでコストのバランスを考えて、<strong>台湾ユアサ</strong>さんのものが無難かと思います。<br><br>台湾ユアサさんのバッテリーは<strong>品質のバラツキ</strong>が大きいようですが、いくつか利用してきましたが、今のところ不良品にはあたっていません。<br><br>バッテリー購入後は、店舗の<strong>返品保証期間が過ぎる前に、速やかに動作確認</strong>することをオススメします。</p>

<p>タンデムシートのカギを開錠して、ベルト部分を持ち上げ、後ろの方向へスライド。</p>
